Make your Home Inspection Report speak for you

How should you present your Home inspection report so that there is no doubt left in the mind of the reader?

(a) Make an executive summary so that one can get at a glance what to expect from the home inspection report.

(b) Use headings and sub-headings so that one glides from topic to topic.

(c) Use ‘bullet points’ so that only one topic is discussed at a time. This one point should be easy to understand by the reader.

(d) Use photographs, charts, tables etc., to add clarity to the home inspection report.
