Should buyers be-aware? How ‘Home Inspection’ helps.

Is it a world skewed towards sellers?

Why does it happen that it is mostly buyers that are keen to have a Pre-Delivery Home Inspection done?

It could be due to the idea of “let the buyer beware” or the phrase “sold as is”, meaning that the buyer assumes the risk that a property may fail to meet expectations or have defects.

However, it is smart for the seller to get the property inspected so that any defects are set right before they are noticed by the buyer in which case there will less time to do the repairs possibly causing the deal to fall through. Further the property with minimal defects could be sold at a better price.
